Nope, it's short for Tiffalumpakin. But Tiffany sounds more normal so that's what they put for my email.

I could do with a V anything tune, with the lovely government we have the rand/dollar has sky rocketed making a bargain for Americans a fortune for South Africans. Lol Discount for 3rd world countries Hahaha
