Having never driven a W205, I will say the big V8 is what I wanted. Although the tunability of turbo cars is very appealing. The sound, the V8 sound, the AMG sound makes this car.

Since driving my new c63 today.....let me tell you this.. there is no point in owning a c63 for what its worth without the NA V8. The sound it makes even at 2k rpm is intoxicating. (the sound it makes at 5k rpm is orgasmic). Ive heard the w205 engine and its a disappointment.
Once again, that's just my opinion. Opinions are like azzholes, everyone has one.
edit** I bought my car without ever driving one before. Aside from me not use to small cars, it blew all my expectations.

Once I've had my way with my w204 and the w205's start dropping in price I will keep them open as an option.

I'm on the fence right now. I LOVE my C63, but I have been looking at the w205's tunability. Coming from a Turbo background its ridiculous the type of power you can achieve with a simple tune. & unless your a baller badass like Durranic it'll be hard to ever achieve the power the w205 will be able to put out.
Once I've had my way with my w204 and the w205's start dropping in price I will keep them open as an option.
