I do agree. I understand if someone has a specific question but when they ask a general question there are chances it will have been discussed before and they can find their answer. While this post won't solve all the problems and prevent trolls, it still has those few tips that are good to know.
As for the memes I'm just bumping the thread in a funny way. Keeps us entertained.
