Weistec plus Mods for $267k?
I saw this posted today and was in awe of the mods. Just wondering how you could justify 267k in mods and have 340k in a C63.
Regardless, whoever gets this it seems like an incredible build.

Looks incredible. The one thing I thought was "thats a very red 'carbon fiber' hood"

They got amazingly screwed if they put almost 300k into that list of mods!

For real. You could probably build 2 C63s like that today for $300k

Great looking car. Not worth 90k IMHO. I had experience of having more money than brains at one point in my life and doing a big build on a 67 Camaro.
When I sold it I got just under 90k. This was for a magazine car that was trackable. I don't see a 09 C63 getting that much, but it only has to be worth it to the one person buying it. Maybe there is someone going "That's perfect, must have". Which is why you have auctions. But that car is going for 3 times the market value, but it has a ton of mods, so as long as it's that attractive to someone with some cash, it could find a new home.

I have seen this car in person. It is a beast. And yes the owner that built it has money to pour into cars. This was one of the cars he sold off when he bought a Porsche 959. Here is his site:

If he has the money to waste, then he can waste it, will be interesting to see what he gets for it, I think it is probably 50-60 real money.

That statement makes no sense. I'm sure most members in this section, including myself, have plenty to spend, or else we wouldn't be driving the cars that we do. The question here is, and still stands, where and how was 340k+ spent on this build. I'm not even gonna go into details of what people build for 300k. 2khp GTR's for starters.

This car was commented to death a few years ago - the owner was very active here. His posts were rather strange (at least to me)
Overall I think it's a quite well executed build.
Here is some info about it:

I particularly like this build picture
Are you telling me that after all that $$$, they didn't even do an E-class rear-end conversion? Somebody please tell me that this 6" spacer was for mock-up purposes.
The thing is sooo out of proportion. I guess if you like that super camber unrealistic show car look, but comeon.
It's hideous inside and out. Think of all the other cool things you could have done with that money - nevermind that he paid 3-4x what it should have cost if the $ figures are right.
That BS just went for what, $70k the other day. I can't see anyone paying over $60k for this monstrosity.
