2013 C63; P30 or P31 on VIN Data Card??

2013 C63; P30 or P31 on VIN Data Card??
Hey Guys,
Looking at a 2013 C63 with Development Package. The Data Card has it with the P30 AMG PERFORMANCE PACKAGE. I would have expected to see the P31 Development Package listed instead since the P30 wasn't available in 2013.
The Data Card does list red calipers, output increase of engine and U57 spoiler lip which I assume is the carbon fiber lip, which the car does have.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone has seen this before?

MB kept the same internal code of P30 even on the P31
A P31 car should list the following
P30 (PP) + 923 (increased power) + U70 (red brakes) + 471 (lsd) = P31 package
A P31 car should list the following
P30 (PP) + 923 (increased power) + U70 (red brakes) + 471 (lsd) = P31 package

Yeah P31 is the dealer option code, but internally it is always listed as P30.
Just to clarify in the USA the LSD was not included with the P31 package so you will not see the 471 code unless it was added ($2K option). In Canada the P31 was called the APX Performance Package Plus (still says P30 on the data car) and included the LSD and carbon fiber trim (in 2013).
