My 2012 C63 Edition 1 Build/Progress
Thought I would share my progress so far. This is everything I have done since purchasing in April 2016.
First off I want to thank the guys at Eurocharged ATX for answering all my questions, performing all the work and making my C63 a beast.
April 2016: Eisenmann Race Exhaust install, Illuminated MB Star, swap interior lights to LED.
May 2016: Initial/Baseline Dyno (Red Dyno), Oil Change, New Spark Plugs, Intake Manifold Gaskets (had a leak), EC Tune with Dyno (Green Dyno) and WaveTrac LSD Install.
June 2016: Added Airbox Lid Spacer (Blue Dyno)
July 2016: E85 Conversion Kit (Still on original tune - no tuning changes made, just the Flex Kit), Dyno (Orange Dyno). (Ethanol content 70%)
July 2016: Added ROW Airbox (Olive Dyno, and still on E70)
December 2016: Headers, Dyno (Dark Blue) 75% Ethanol Content
December 2016: Tune (Added Some Timing) Dyno (Pink Dyno)
December 2016: 83% Ethanol (E83), Dyno (Brown)
Throttle response is amazing and I love driving the car - with the speedshift transmission, it really is awesome!
Car seems to run best on about 80-85% Ethanol which is well available at a few local pumps.
I will say that Ethanol content can vary quite a bit - and it can range from about 58%, to the mid 80's. And keep in mind that when you are running 93 Octane, even that has 10-15% Ethanol in it already.
I can also say that the tune is dialed in perfectly, and my fuel mileage is not as bad as I thought it would be. Even if it was, the power is well worth it, and Ethanol is much less expensive than 93, so it wouldn't even be more expensive.
To sum up, car is tuned, ROW, airbox spacers, longtubes, intake spacers, and flex fuel.
Thanks for reading
Just got the windows tinted and the car washed after arriving.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Since you went with EC I'm assuming your headers are the agency power ones? Can you give us more details on the flex fuel kit? What all changed with the hardware? Do you mind telling us how much the kit was? Those are great numbers. Your baseline is even a little low too! Those are some serious gains. Nice build.

E85...I did it for the gains . Trying to get as much out of it as possible without breaking the bank.

Thanks! I think I am about done with it though. I don't know what to do next besides cosmetics and weight reduction. Maybe Cams next? Port/Polish Heads? Anyone have any good ideas?
Oh, I am putting in a logger to measure the ethanol %. (The E85 kit allows you to measure the ethanol %) I hear some gas stations suck worse than others. I would like to have the numbers to prove it.

-Headers are a very lightly used set of MHP, Swaintech coated. We were able to get a very nice price on them for him.
-The kit cost is $1,800 for the M156 (plus a $350 core on your stock injectors), is completely connectorized with MB connections, and includes the following:
-Flex Controller
-Plug-N-Play Wiring Harness
-Direct-Fit Fuel Line w/ Ethanol Sensor
-Ported Stock Injectors (Flow matched with new o-rings, flow is 550cc)
-Pre-paid Shipping Envelope for your stock injectors
Install consists of removing the airbox assembly and fuel rail(always be careful with fuel). Replace the injectors, hook in the 8 injector harness leads, install your new fuel line, and mount the controller - all wiring tucks right in and no modifications are needed. Hook up the ground eyelet and put everything back together - if you're handy - it will probably take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. If not, it's still very do-able for a DIY guy, but may take about 2 hours.
Only thing that needs to be changed is the re-scale for the 550cc injectors. No other tuning changes are required to pick up a lot of power. Now your C63 is a Flex-Fuel vehicle
Happy to field any questions at all about the system.
P.S. If you fall in love with the E85 (like he did),we can also provide you with a tune custom tailored for running E85 all the time. if you have a handheld, it's an easy flash and you can take FULL potential of the benefits.
