From stock c63 to 800HP

Good day everyone, this is my first post in the form and I know it will be very interesting as I just beaten a Mclaren 650s and a moded Ferrari FF with my c63.

Like every other street racers we all are eager for more power and we will never be satisfied.
Let share my story and how far I have gone. I started with a Full IPE system for a yearlong then I decided to go for pp-performance tune along with BMC air filter.

Phase 1
Cart mods:
IPE full system
BMC air filter
PP-performance tune

Stock: 366whp
Mods: 466WHP/477RWTQ

Here in the middle east people are craving to race in the streets as we have huge roads with no pigs hovering around. I have raced an SRT8 with stroked engine 7.0L cams, ported heads and manifold. The guy got smoked easy (2nd gear hit rev limiter)

Later on I decided to go for a blower so I contacted WEISTEC for stage 2 as I was afraid to get stage 3 because it also requires the tranny upgrade as well.
I installed the blower myself at home with a help of a colleague. We had some minor issues but everything got fixed later on, we found that the MAP sensor extension cable was not tighten enough and I had all sorts of awkwardness when I put my foot on the gas.

Phase 2
Car mods:
IPE full system
BMC air filter
Stage 2 supercharger
Ice tank
Air/oil separator
WEISTEC spark plugs

Stock: 366WHP
Mods: 543WHP/ i don’t recall the WTQ

Guess what? I was shocked somehow as I was expecting much more power of what I felt inside the car.
I squeezed my mind on how to make extra power out of the same blower, so I decided to fabricate a smaller pulley as weistec are not offering any smaller size pulleys on stage 2.
I went from 57mm pulley to 50mm, car jumped from 543 to 577whp.
Still not satisfied yet!!!

Phase 3
Car mods:
IPE full system
BMC air filter
Stage 2 supercharger (50mm pulley)
Ice tank
Air/oil separator
WEISTEC spark plugs
Snowperformance stage 2 methanol kit
Boostane

Stock: 366WHP
Mods: 608WHP/575RWTQ

Yaaa buddddyyyyyh, now we are talking, I was happy that I broke the 600whp boundaries. Car made 608WHP with 9psi , no tune was done on methanol or boostane. The stock tranny was holding all the power with no issues at all.
I drove the car for 2 months and then decided to go bigger ! yep I upgraded mine to stage 3 (gonnna fly)

I had to take the car to a shop to do the threads on the crank pulley for stage 3, I had to take the whole engine out so they can do it perfectly. First impression on stage 3 comparing to stage 2 was not promising as I was already in the 600 range. Boost was reading 10psi on stage 3 with the 67mm pulley.

I didn’t dyno the car on the stock pulley 67mm for stage 3, but I felt the tranny was NOT holding the power properly, I feel lag in shifting between gears. I knew by this that the car was making more power than what it had earlier.
A friend of mine decided to go for 60mm pulley on his s63 with same mods (bolt on meth etc…) we were afraid that the stock engine will not hold the power as we have poor gasoline quality in the middle east RON95. I raced couple cars then I was like “ lets try the 60mm pulley.”

Power level is SATISFYING!!!

Phase 4
IPE full system
BMC air filter
Stage 3 supercharger (60mm pulley)
Ice tank
Air/oil separator
WEISTEC spark plugs
Snowperformance stage 2 methanol kit
Boostane
Recaro seats 12kg for both front seats

Stock: 366WHP
Mods 60mm pulley: 651WHP/ 585RWTQ (tune was done on the 67mm pulley & tranny is slipping on the dyno & no meth was sprayed)

I have done all the talking above lets watch some vids.

C63 VS Mustang Roush Stage 3

and more vids are in my IG: @C63sc :D

Problems:
My tranny couldn’t hold the power for stage 3 60mm pulley, after racing for 20 times I noticed the 4th and 5th gear slightly slipping, I also have a problem with boost which I had earlier on stage 2 and stage 3 now.
Boost only reads 5psi then suddenly it jumps to full boost. When I race, I had to start before the third honk so I can get full boost once they slam the gas.
Any suggestion to fix boost?

Future plans:
I will be porting my heads and will be doing 3 angle cnc porting for the valves. Stay tuned am waiting for the tranny to arrive so I can travel to Kuwait for the cnc job as they do vacuum testing for the head and valves after they complete the work.

Stay tuned!!
I will be posting updates make sure you subscribe

That is one serious car ,what a monster, you have to be blowing these supercar owners minds when you beat them

CarHopper 01-09-2017 06:44 PM

I like these c63's builds/projects that have been popping up here... Good stuff

Great build, nice vids!! Laying it down on some high end cars. Keep us updated on your progress.

chrisridebike8 01-10-2017 10:57 AM

Great car and vids! I think the most suprising one was the Lambo. Just race gas and a tune and that thing was a beast!

CarHopper 01-10-2017 11:06 AM

10 points for waving at the FF. Buhhhh bye.

But man I want a Huracan.

amazing build

jay rick 01-11-2017 11:47 AM

It sure is an amazing built.
But it took almost 300 whp to beat them, im kinda dissapoited, specially how good the mclaren kept up.

mvp2765 01-11-2017 11:50 AM

I'll bet you the price of the c63 with all these mods doesn't even come close to mclaren money if you ask me it's a total win taking down such a supercar

If we are comparing cost of both cars, including mods, AMG won in my book and was very satisfying. Not disappointed at all.

It doesn't seem like his car is dialed in correctly. I'm sure once he dials it in, fixes the transmission issue and correctly builds boost, the mclaren will be a walk in the park.

quaalude 01-11-2017 12:50 PM

Very nice build! Are you still running stock internals?

Yep still on stock internals 😌 Am getting chiller killer as well to keep my IAT as cool as possible to avoid any risk of overheating.

Awesome welcome!

Diabolis 01-11-2017 02:58 PM

It absolutely is an amazing build! It's just too bad that at the rate you're going you're likely going to die before the age of 30, and even worse that you could easily kill someone else that had nothign to do with your idiotic choice to race on public roads. Is there someone that you would like us top notify when you receive the Darwin award?
