Do it. Smiles for MILES. And totally liveable. With MHP LTH, Primary and Secondary cat delete, X-pipe, and stock everything from Resonator back, it is only MAYBE A FEW decibels louder in the cabin under 2500-3000rpm. Higher rpm than that and yes, the Gates of Hell do open, but all you will hear are the trumpets of a thousand Angels 
And yes, with above set up, cold starts can sound wicked loud at the initial start-up in the morning. Subsequent starts are more subdued over the course of the day, depending on intervals.
