hello everyone I am new to the site so please bare with me here
For sale is my 2014 c63 507 sedan in MARS red. Very LOW miles @12,000 miles the car is still a baby and barely broken in it yet. its a show quality car and I keep the car in top condition inside and out year round. It has alcantara interior not the regular leather. I am the second owner. There is absolute nothing wrong with this car and I hate to have to sell it but unfortunately I have other plans in life and the car that sits in my garage looking pretty needs to go. Being a car enthusiast and running through countless forums through out the years I know the market is slim but someone else is out there looking for this car so I'm trying this forums because well its only MB members and theres a buyer for very seat.
With only few produced it took me a long time to find this car due to it being the sedan and wanting it in mars red with low miles and all specs I wanted in it. its fully loaded with all the goodies. its an amazing car and definitely a head spinner. I believe this car is the most desirable model/color scheme of the 507 editions so it's kinda rare.
I do have an ad on cars.com with full free car fax available currently so don't think this a scam I'm legit and looking for a buyer and everything will be done professionally when the time comes. I can provide more information on request and also have plenty of more photos
note-not a daily driver, everything is factory stock except the decal on the outside was taken off

I don't know why you think I'm way off in price. I haven't seen a mars red sedan on here for sale with this low miles like mine and being in near perfect condition. I did however see a few 507's coupes with 30-40k miles going for 60k so if you come up with a offer you can pm me

The color matters to some, but just because it's rare doesn't mean it's valuable. All you have to do is look at book value, they never place any additional value on any color. Technically with so few cars made and so many mix of options possible, each car could be rare, but again, it doesn't make it more valuable.

I beg to differ on the color adds no value. I am going through this issue with my Black Opal E55 with the Black/Blue interior combo with my insurance company. All they can find to replace my car is black, silver, and gray color cars. None of them are my car and yes the appraiser who came out and appraised the car said the value of my car went up a lot due to it not being able to be replicated in any year 04-06 E55.
Ask whatever you want it's your car but there is a big difference between asking price and selling price. There are 2015/16's going for less than you're asking. Not trying to crap on your thread but if you really want to sell it you're shooting yourself in the foot. Longer you hold the more it depreciates.
Everyone can just chill out for a sec, I listed the price high to start off I know realize I can't do that in the fourm. It was worth a shot in my eyes. I didn't see a mars red sedan with low miles so I thought why not shoot for the moon and see what happens.
I'm willing to come down in price and I will adjust in the original post. I love this car and I am in no rush to sell at the moment.
I know what the car is worth and yes I did have it above average asking price but that's asking price I had to start somewhere and why not on the high end. I have only had the car listed for about 3 days now but since there seems to be some more interest then others I adjust price and see what's happens.

Don't even sweat it. You could ask a million dollars and only the douchebags would ***** about it. Asking price is only an invitation to make an offer. Almost everyone knows that. It's not an effing insult to the entire buying community.
