Playing around in M mode, hit rev limiter/fuel cut off twice, how bad?

It's probably not as bad I am worrying about, but messing around with M mode tonight and hit the fuel cutoff/rev limiter twice, once in 2nd and once in 3rd. I didnt shift when it turned red, learned my lesson hard way and hit fuel cut off twice.

How bad or how damage does this do to the motor? I am kinda freaked out that I did internal damage or something, probably over worrying as I'm sure it's there for safety reasons.

Car is bone stock.

You're fine. Car builders put the fuel cut off there for a reason - it's to prevent damage and anything negative from occurring. I'm assuming the car was fully warmed up and at optimal oil temp and not cold motor?

Hitting the fuel cut off is good from time to time, cleans off the pistons and excess BS internally I know some road racer friends hold the motor at fuel cut off around the apex and don't upshift until they're out of the turn.

Just don't make it habit, but don't lose sleep over it. As long as the car/tune is stock and in good mechanical condition at optimal level, you're perfectly fine. Enjoy.
