Yellow Milk looking under Oil Cap???

Yellow Milk looking under Oil Cap???
As the title says has anyone experienced this before the car is a 2012 C63.
This car has been bought by a friend of mine and putting this up on behalf of him.
The car only has approx 14k on clock the previous owner rarely drovr the car and on short trips.
Oil milky substance was inside neck of oil filler hole and on bottom of cap.
The coolant is clean and no signs of oil and is not dropping in level and the dipstick is clear also.
anyone else had this or seen this?
