i've got the euro console but i don't have the divider or rubber mat. i did some searching and i found these numbers

A2046802391 - cup holder divider

A2046830294 - rubber mat

is my best option to order these parts directly from a local dealership?

It didn't link the part but if you the part number in the search box it will come up. Just used a 2012 C63 to get it to work.

i tried another website and the part numbers wouldn't come up. i tried the website you gave as well and it still didn't work. it was the letter A in the front that threw it off. now i can find the part.
