When we downshift/throttle overrun and hear pops and bangs
Is that just wasting fuel? Ever since I got cats and resonator removed, I'm hearing this a lot. Even driving in comfort mode, taking my foot off the gas results in nice barks and pops with stock ECU.

Is this wasting additional fuel, or just something that was previously surprised by cats?
