Probably NOT just once. In most areas your winter-to-summer tire pressure swing is 5-10 pounds. . . and its about the same whether you your tires are filled with air or with nitrogen. For most people, that's enough to justify at least one and sometimes two tire pressure adjustments every fall.
Even though yours 'seem' to remain constant because of the temperature-controlled overnight storage, that factor goes away as soon as you start driving in the elements. If you checked pressures at work before driving home, you'd be seeing a very different scenario.
