Damn, was it supposed to be as close as it was?? First run was from a 40 roll, we both went at the same time and by the top of third he was half a car behind me (maybe even a third of a car length, but there was some form of distance between us for sure). Second run wasn't reeeeally a run tbh but sure enough my car had the legs on the M4....just.
The M4 is definitely a lot more potent than the E46 and E92 models.
Do you W204 guys do much better vs the M4's? Seriously, if my car was bone stock, I'd have had a bad moment just then I really didn't think it would be so close
Well....it's better than it ever has been. But the speedo isn't sweeping anything like Haji's animal of a car...not even close. I'm waiting on a dyno date with my tuner, but it's looking like August. I don't think it'll be anything ground-breaking, but then neither is my tune at the moment. Holding my breath for big things from the V7 tune via Dave.

I was chasing a modded M4 at Watkins Glen for a few laps, and while he wasn't pulling away from me, I wasn't exactly reeling him in. I was surprised, they're pretty fast.
New turbo tech vs. old trusted N/A v8... FI stuff is just going to get harder and harder for you guys hate to say it. C63 is fun no doubt, but just the jump from my 13 c63 to 14 e63 was two completely different worlds.
M4 stock? Tunes on turbo's lead to some real gains.
Infiniti, so you're saying your C63 runs 11.4 in the quarter mile?
I have not been able to get a pass in my E63 in decent temps but I'm sure the car will go 120+

I've heard the "master tech" term tossed around before so I'm just curious...
Long time friend of mine, got an m4 when it came out, had a RHD skyline that was modded, a few MR evos and now he has a M3, he tracks it all the time. I only used that term so it was kinda known he wasn't a noob

Don't mind me. Just saving this quote for later use.

Yawn. Go get a job and quit bugging me about giving you money.

"Me giving you money" boom you already know the unicorn will post the trap speeds, you admitted defeat yourself. No need for the forum bravado "I'm going to save this quote for later on" LOLOL
I just stumbled across an M3 Competition pack yesterday and it got me thinking. I've been missing a manual and have again been kicking stupid ideas. These might have been due to the fact that Massachusetts was busting my chops on my tune and my tint (that was way, way, way too dark), and making me jump through all sorts of hoops so maybe I was weak.
Anyway, I'm planning on heading back and driving that 2017 this week. I'll report how it goes if anyone cares to hear.
M4 is about 5 years newer than our cars. It's pretty close I believe.
You're telling meeee - it weighs between 1550 and 1630kg (i can't seem to google the correct weight and I get differing figures) with 450hp and mine is 1840kg according to my vehicle title paper but I've got pan-roof so maybe closer to 1900kg with....let's say 550hp. ~290hp/tonne vs ~290hp/tonne (i used 1550kg for the M4 and 1900 for my car, although I'd like to get it weighed at some point)

Yeah I'm guessing the M4 was stock. It had to have been.

Was that from a dig or from a roll and up to what speed? I wish my car could do races from a dig, but the stupid MCT tranny makes it a bit of a lottery....is the car going to respond....is it not going to respond (in that first half a second that you let go of the brakes)

Celicasaur, you're running M156, but on what platform? (Can't tell from sig)
W212 but I reside on this W204 forum because we share the same common interest - the M156

Yeah, report back
I find the M4 more appealing now than I did before, although I'm not sure if we get a proper manual tranny over here...I think only you guys get that. It's like the E60 M5...superb car, but over here we only get the SMG tranny and you guys get the option of both.
Why don't you sell your slow or riced out car and get off these forums. You just came out of no where and all you do is talk **** on threads. You are useless to the community. I didn't want to address you in the thread because you are a ****ing clown. I read you some of your responses and really the only thing that comes to mind is "this guy is a little *****" sorry if your short or have a little dick or never had a really good looking girl. On behalf of the real players I'd like to appolgize
And people wonder what some of us mean when we say the C63 "crowd" has gone downhill...

It's just not worth even interacting anymore. This happens to practically every make, although this is far worse than Porsche from experience. Probably just time to go away or start a new forum/club/group of sorts... BenzB00st might be a good place to hang out more often as these hordes of retards don't go there.
