Has anyone seen a c63 amg in sapphire gray? Is it a nice color?

Are you thinking of making a purchase without seeing the car in person? That's a terrible idea. More so if you have never seen the color before. The way these cars depreciate, this is not the car to buy at the risk of not liking it. Seems like you're priority is warranty and you are willing to compromise on color and other options. Guess what, if you are not happy with color or other missing options, you will sell the car in less than a year and lose your *** on $$$
A deal is only a good deal if you like everything about the car.

Now this is a sexy color. Maybe its the lighting or something. But I like this color a lot. And just looked at OP's post again, and I'm liking it more now than I did before.
