Performance toe settings question

I'm having an alignment done soon. Will zero front toe, 1/16 total rear toe be a reasonable spec for a street car that would see a few road course track days a year? High speed straight-line stability is an important consideration for me also.

I had 0 front toe and while I liked the perceived quickness of the rack, it was just too annoying on the freeway.

I run 1/16 toe in front and rear and the car handles well on the street with good stability and much improved tire wear

Thx guys, probably the two most useful responses I could have hoped for. I'll go with 1/16 F&R. I'm kinda excited to see what differences if any I'll feel in the handling department.

When you report back, please let us know your current configuration once it gets on the ramp.

Unfortunately it won't make sense because my front suspension is being taken out and put back in (as well as some of the steering components). From day one though this car has never not been a fun ride...it handles better than something this heavy has a right to.

Ahhh...ok fair play buddy.

And yes I would agree with you. My W212 handles beautifully for something so big and heavy. Certainly not anywhere near as mushy or 'Mercedes' as the W211 series. I've driven W204's and they of course benefit from being lighter and more agile
