2013 C63 AMG
If your plan is to turn this into a track only car, and you have deep pockets, you could strip it down to the bare shell and rebuild from there, replacing any electrical components that on inspection appear to have been compromised. That's a big build though.

Ok, to tell you the full story. I'm from Belgium and I saw a flooded c63 for sale in TX. Not really knowing how bad it is/was. The private seller informed me he did all the things he possibly could do for the car's best. He made me some movies, which you can see in the links below. It's now like 2 months later, car is still running. I just wasn't aware that the car could catch fire what makes this a lot more dangerous than I could think. The seller received a 'parts only/flooded title' so he also got his insurance money. I paid a certain sum for the car, offcourse a lot less than a car with no flood damage. It was my idea to use it first and turn it after that into a track car. But as I don't want to getting burned alive I will go for the 'parting out' scenario.

I think something may have got lost in the translation. I saw a couple comments above suggesting that you light the car on fire to get rid of it and make an insurance claim, but nothing about a risk of it catching on fire. Bigger risk is electrical systems stop working because connections are corroded.

so you will be shipping the car to Europe? All the information we provided was if you were to keep the car in the USA. Aren't European standards even more stringent and only allowed so much mileage?

Out of curiosity what did you pay for the flooded car with parts title?

If you do go this route I would be interested in a lot of your front clip parts ---my front end was smashed but not sure if i want to go PFL or FL but structurally will still need all the brackets/supports.

Oh sorry, yes, I thought the vehicle could catch fire due to electrical issues..
