Stay away from carbon-addiction.com
Long story short, ordered some CF parts back in early September from carbon-addiction only to be told right off the bat that the parts had imperfections and would take 10 days to create a new batch. I agreed to wait and was charged in full from the start. After 2 weeks, I reached out and never recieved ANY response for the multiple emails I sent. Filed a claim with paypal after another 2 weeks and carbon-addiction never responded to paypals request either. Luckily I was refunded by Paypal.
"Dear Anthony, We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor. We were able to recover $XXXX USD and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted. If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller. If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges. ----------------------------------- Transaction Details ----------------------------------- Seller's Name: Carbon Addiction Seller's Email: carbonaddiction.au@gmail.com

I know this is an old thread, but I too was just bit by Carbon Addiction in a, let's say "non sober" purchase one evening. I didn't do enough research, but did the next day and quickly regretted my decision.
Long story short:
Placed an order, emailed them 2x asking for a PO, no response.
Opened a PP claim, sent my email, no response
Escalated the claim and waited almost 2 weeks, no response.
PP refunded my $
They did email me directly outside of PP and said we're ready to ship your item, but can't with an open claim. I told them to pound sand and they never responded to PP.
Their social media pages haven't been updated in years. Stay away!
Untrustworthy, stay away!
