Thanks for posting this up. It is good to see numbers showing stock vs. tuned.

Question: what octane fuel were you running for this comparison: 91 or 93?

93 octane.....I said stock but I forgot that there was row boxes w/afe filters, second cat/resonator delete w/straight pipes.

That small gain isn't worth it in my opinion on the 507/BS.

With all the recent threads about MCTs slipping between gear changes after the new tune I'd rather just leave it stock. Too bad, usually I'm quick to flash to an aftermarket tune.

FWIW, I just tuned a 2014 507 Edition with the V7 tune. It made a very noticeable seat of the pants difference in power. The motor seems to rev quicker and come into the torque an HP sooner. I have an LSD and it will definitely punish the tires harder as well. Usually I am not easily impressed by mods but I was impressed with the difference in power the tune seems to make. Make your own decision but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

There is definetly a plus to tuning. You can increase horsepower or gas mileage. The biggest issue is it could void the warranty, but there are ways around that. Give us call to talk about some options +1-888-875-2958
