good luck. those are generally put on by the dealer who sold/sells the car. hence they also list their "dealer markup". special models could have 30k added to their window sticker.
the only thing you could possibly request is a build sheet. this build sheet would list all options with their respective codes.

well if you owned a Ferrari or Porsche you could pay some absurd number like 15k or something to have them print you a certificate of authenticity after inspection. might even be way more, like 100k...its been a while since i heard about this.
