Yep Ive done that with the clips on the blade and the gold bolt but the kit also comes with a permanent loop hole connection so all you have to do is plug in, instead of connecting the clips.

The permanent loop hole connection I unscrew the gold bolt put the loop down then re screw for the negative but was unsure which three of the bolts on the terminal cover to use as some has thicker cable running to it than others. I can use eitheir of them 3 bolts to put the positive loophole connection onto then? I may use the middle on as that has the positive blade terminal at the side of it.

Ah, now I see it. Damn Photobucket...I could only see the top third of the photo before only to the 4-wire plug so what I'lm looking at now makes sense now that I see the rest of it. You can go ahead and wire up + to that clamp and look for a nearby chassis ground like the NA cars have, like that brown wire ground connection in the upper left of the photos I posted. My charger is grounded to that point as you can see.

Use the one next to the blade for power.

You can use any of the three bolts, whichever is most convenient for you to run the wires for the positive terminal. The negative can connect under the copper post or with a group of brown ground wires as mentioned by bhamg.
