USED W204 C63 buying Advice

USED W204 C63 buying Advice
I am planning to purchase a W204 C63 sedan. Does anybody have advice on:
- What problems to look out for / check if problems were already addressed? (i.e. Cylinder Head Bolts) Are there any particular major services or repairs that I should make sure have already been addressed?
- If there were any recalls?
- What years were particularly problematic or which years I should avoid completely?
- Is there a general W204 C63 buyers guide?
- I would prefer a sedan but would consider coupe as well if they are better built.
- W204 C63 vs W204 C63s?
- Facelift vs Pre-facelift reliability (Both electrical and mechanical /engine/drvietrain)?
- How to tell if a particular W204 C63 has been abused or was in a flood?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. FYI I am in Taiwan and the majority of W204 C63's here are 2008/2009 Sedans. They cost about 27k-30k
2011/2012 C63's cost about 40k.... The jump in price is quite significant. If anybody can comment on whether or not the 10k price difference is worth the cost or if I will regret not getting a facelifted C63 in 4-5 years.

Is it worth 10k to you to know that your lifters and head bolts are solid? It was for me. Plus the updated interior/dash/lights etc.
Prices for you guys actually seem pretty similar to here in the US.

2013 P31 C63 Coupe
2012+ p30/31, 507, edition 1 is where the extremely reliable cars are. facelift with modern looking interior and upgraded engine internals. just a better, easier to deal with car all around. When i was looking for mine, my bare minimum was a 2012+ performance pack. saw a few base ones for a real killer price but pp was a must for me.
