Going to delete the secondary cats with a straight and replace the reso with an H pipe..... My question is what size diameter pipe should I use for the h cross over? I have read that the size of the cross over greatly impacts the final tone / sound. Assuming we use 2.5 for the main pipes, Im leaning toward 1.5-2" on the cross over. I really like to more refined european sound over the loud open metallic/rasp sound. Any thoughts or opinions? Im sure this has been discussed but I am new to the forum. I did the research on X vs H so that is out of the way, I also determined the crossover location, just looking for diameter opinions. Thank you!!
