That being said, for the $220USD price at FCP Euro, new seems like the best option altogether.
The price for 8 right now is $304USD+ tax, so I was considering RCInjectors in Torrance does cleaning service for $200.. but without knowing what leads to this issue it’s hard to say if updating to a newer version of these injectors would even be worth the cost vs cleaning what I already have. I did have a bad coil on that same cylinder which I think lead to the misfire.. correct me if I’m wrong but I think that could cause an injector to stay open and flood it’s cylinder.

It's a common ish direct injection problem. They can get dirty if you use ****ty fuel AND don't have a catch can.

These were mine after 10years of use. ALWAYS use Shell 91 non ethanol fuel and had a catch can since pretty much day 1.

replace them or upgrade to higher flow injectors with a matching tune.

I alternate between Shell 93 and Speedway (Marathon) 93. I don’t have a catch can, should I install one of those while I have the engine apart? If so which one should I buy?

Are the gains worth the additional ~$600?

if you plan on running e85 during fuel price hikes or go supercharged you'll need the higher flow injectors.

Warning!
If finding cheap injectors in Europe.
They are most certanly chinese copies.

Almost impossible to tell the difference by the eye.
