I haven't had any luck in the E63 forum, maybe someone can help on this side. I figure the M156 most likely uses the same plastic bracket, my car is a 2008 E63.
The plastic bracket I need is the one that holds all the line together and clips on the oil filter housing. Black plastic deal, one side holds radiator, oil lines, the other clips to oil filter housing on the engine.

Why don't you email Tracy, if you haven't already, (Tracy@skylandauto.net) with OEDiscountparts.com and she'll help you out and email schematics back to you of the right area of the car. That's what I've needed to do and she's been awesome and is a member here.
