Fail when gas pedal in kickdown?

Fail when gas pedal in kickdown?
Hi guys,
I've just bought a C63 AMG, and when i drive it and flooring the gas pedal in kickdown, there is coming a fault on ESP and the Engine light also comes up.
When it does this, i can give full gas and there's just no power at all. Then if i drive and flooring the pedal without going in kickdown, there's not any problems at all.
Engine light also switch of again after a half day/day.
I have just detected a fault code with my tester, which says fault on my gas pedal.
I haven't replaced it, or looked further in to it, but have any of you experienced the same thing?
