Hello all,
I have just had the service B1 light pop up at 70k miles on my 2013 C63. What does this service consist of and which oil do you guys recommend?

'04 E55 (Gone but not forgotten), '13 C63 P31 (RIP), another '13 C63 PP
I know it costs about $1400 at the dealer, and part of it is the ~40k Mi transmission service for MCT cars. I think most people here recommend Liqui-Moly for oil, and 0w40 or 5w40 depending on where you live. Spec is 5w40 tho.

I only run Liqui-Moly 5W40 Full Synthetic Leightlauf High Tech since its the only one approved for AMG... Call me crazy, but eh why not. Im sure Gulf is fine too.
