Renntech HHT or......?

I have been thinking of buying a Renntech HHT, but I have read of other handheld tuners that seem to provide the same or similar gains. Does anyone have a Renntech HHT for their C63? Or does anyone recommend another handheld solution that would allow me to switch back to stuck as easy as the Renntech?
Also, with the HP gains, I already rip my tires loose, I am concerned about not being able to “use” (e.g., 0-60 time improvement) the additional power. I suspect I will need better tires than my Michelin Pilot Super Sports, or perhaps a wider size. Any advice?

I would suggest more tire. Go wider. Can’t comment on the tuner.

Try Eurocharged for the tune. Very similar and much cheaper than Renntech.

I have heard good things about the new PS4S. I am trying those next. I have Bridgestone RE-71Rs now and they grip like bubble gum unless it's below 60F. Even with LTHs, I can pretty much do a full throttle launch with no wheelspin on the street. It's damn near violent and scared me the first time I tried it.

Okay, in addition to the replies, I’ve received private messages with Renntech alternative suggestions that offer handheld options.
The two I have been recommended are OE Tuning or Eurocharged Performance. Anyone have any preference or experience with either? Anyone issues? I’m assuming that each will do a great job of switching from tune to stock. I just quick and easy.
