MCT trans problem

2012 C63 AMG Coupe P31 Magnuson Super Charged
MCT trans problem
. I just had it serviced and only wide open throttle from 2nd to 3rd gear its like it almost hits a neutral or the limiter and lurches you forwarded from loss of drive them goes into third. Other gears are fine flat out and change how they should. Any ideas on why the MCT transmission would be doing this?
I thought if it's low oil from last service it would do it in all gears. It seems like an odd problem and pretty much I'm getting quoted new gear box prices but I can't help think it's something electronic like tcu or valve bodies or conductor plate. Weistec USA mentioned it might be dirty valve bodies.
