Mass air flow codes may indicate a vacuum leak, so that's a possibility for the first two codes. Check the intake system after the MAF sensor for leaks where it could be sucking in air after the sensor, leading to an abnormally low reading. The evap code is a leak somewhere in the evaporative emissions system, but if it says large leak, a loose gas cap is a common culprit.
These suggestions aren't vehicle specific. It's just common causes for any car with those OBD fault codes.

I was thinking about this some more, and if all those codes popped up at the same time then my guess is that something in your Evap system may have popped off near where it connects to the intake manifold. That would simultaneously cause a MAF code due to a vacuum leak, as well as an Evap code due to a leak in the Evaporative emissions system. Seems plausible that you may have popped something off since you are boosted.
Hope you get it all sorted out.

Other than checking what others have suggested, try checking the seating of your filters. It’s such a mundane task (removing and re-installing airboxes) that it’s easy to overlook sometimes. A few months ago I threw lean codes because one of the air boxes was pinching the seal on the filter causing a very slight leak. If anything, get some MAF cleaner and spray down your MAF sensors
