Lean code issue 2009
This is the specs from the codes.
took my car to mercedes been there for a month they replaced my gasket inside the intake manifold and im still getting codes p0171 and 174 they said they did do the smoke test but the gasket was the only issue. The car idles a little under 1k and at 1 when i drive hard, sometimes it shakes on idle and shakes alot more when i clear the code and turn on the car. Ive had this issue on my c63 for about three months now please help

Definitely was the same symptoms I had when my intake gaskets failed , did they replace the pcv valve also when they did the job ?
Maybe the manifold is cracked itself ? Best way to self diagnose this is with the engine running spray some carb cleaning around the intake manifold by where the gaskets are and if the idle raises you know where the issue is .

If there aren't any more vac leaks, then there's a chance that the throttle bodies might be the issue, inside the manifold unit.
The butterfly plates should have a teeny bit of free-play, so that when you poke them with your finger, you'll be sealing them flat/shut. if one/both of them can't go backwards (probably like...1-2mm of movement) to seal the opening around the perimeter of the bore, it will trip a lean code, rough idling and all sorts of issues that don't make any sense if you are unaware of this.
Ask me how I know

I have no idea, but I've already advised on what else I think could be the issue regarding an internal air leak. However now that you're saying you've got a mis-fire and on cylinder 5, taking a look at what causes the spark on cylinder 5 would be the next logical step to take. There's only so much somebody can advise on a forum....you'll need to get the tools out and investigate/report back if you want to solve this.
