Rythmic subtle vibration/shudder at idle

Rythmic subtle vibration/shudder at idle
2013 c63 coupe 25000km, ROW, deleted cats
the car runs well, no power loss, no rough idle.
History: I got p0300 301 305, the car was shaking with solid CEL. Turned it off waited and cranked it on. The car drove well. Erased the CEL And changed the sparks(march 2/18). No issues every since except this slight vibration or shake felt at idle that is rhythmic. I feel it then 2-3 seconds feel it again and so on. It’s more noticeable when the car is cold. But still feel it when car is at 80 degrees and above. I can’t see the engine shake or anything. But it feels like it’s right under the driver & passenger seats.
Since the issue I have changed the sparks, cleaned the maf, air filters and ran some fuel additives. The vibration or shake have decreased but still there.
Any ideas??
