Sounds lovely, considering you have headers and zero cats.

Do you have any pics of the system underneath the car?

The Akra really is the only muffler that i have used that will do exactly what you want with the LTH's and have no drone.
before I cut up these mufflers to take out the remus resonator. Have you tried that already with just an H pipe there?

The H Pipe drastically mellows the tone. I wouldn't recommend it with the Remus cat-back.

Removing the remus resonators and going straight back into the cat back may actually reduce the drone.

did you lose a good bit of throttle response with the remus?

Before I installed mine I thought you guys were just whining over nothing. But now it makes complete sense. Like I told that indian kid, his video made me want those arh headers, and they actually do sound exactly like they do in this video. Now I find myself enjoying the header sound but at the same time missing the old amg sound. I personally think its the intergrated x-pipe that makes it sound higher pitched and lack of big cell cats that make it sound raspy-ish. Brutal trumpet is what comes to mind. Don't get me wrong guys, I like it, but its just different. From what it sounds like akra is the way to go to find a happy medium.

Damn! Well I guess I'll look for a well priced akra in the future then. Good luck on the quest for the RIGHT sound.

H Pipe = good!

I have yet to hear any c63 in person or by video that has an x-pipe positioned anywhere in the exhaust that sounds better than a h-pipe. As others have said, the X smooths the tone and says bye bye to the AMG sound
