Luffstrom diffuser install help.

2012 P31 couple. Diiffuser fits fine but can't figure out how the 2 original support brackets go on there to support it. Anyone have any pics?

Stock brackets don't work with some diffusers as the tabs aren't long enough , you need to drill holes if the tabs don't work and zip tie the diffuser in. The two screw holes on the corners will work.

Ok thanks. I think once I cleared my head this morning and was able to think about it, I got the brackets to work. Just had to get some longer bolts and washers to line them up. I'm almost finished. I'll post pics later today!

I didn't use the OEM brackets on mine, I used long bolts, washers and nuts. Found the idea in a thread on here.

The brackets fit perfectly on the mode carbon diffuser I had installed. Less than an hour if you removed the bumper cover.

I did remove the entire bumper which was easy. Just had two sensors on each side I'm assuming for blind spot detection. Not scratching the paint should be the prime directive so if you find yourself getting a little ill and impatient take a break. I put a decent scratch on mine but luckily I have some experience in paint and polish so no big deal but definitely could ruin your day. The first time I put the mode carbon (or Luffstrom whatever it is) on without the brackets and saw that it wasn't secure enough. Then I removed the entire bumper again and put the brackets on first then put the bumper back on. Then I was able to find some long enough screws to reach and stabilize everything.

Tomorrow is the extended carbon spoiler install day!

Yesterday was wheel and tire day. I'm spoiled now.
