Car at 50K miles... what to do?

Car at 50K miles... what to do?
Besides regular maintenance and the once-in-a-lifetime transmission fluid change, what should I have done to the car or be on the look out for? Are head bolt issues is only (or is it mainly) applicable to pre-FL C63?

Uh transmission fluid isn't once in a lifetime it is every 4 years or 40k miles, so that should have been changed already and again at 8 years 80k.
Headbolts are mostly Pre FL 2010 or older and some early 2011's but 2012 and up not applicable.

Ah okay, I was misinformed. I won't have this car when it hits 80K, so I will just do it this one time.
