need help with body roll during acceleration on freeway
On the highway especially after 80mph and under hard acceleration the cars body starts to sway/roll left to right coming from rear end..... the faster i go the more violent it gets to where it almost fishtails. 0-80 is fine.
I had some same issue before I installed my supercharger, now of course it is more pronounced.... It's only under heavy acceleration starting at speed, if I make a quick lane change at constant speed or fast turns, there is virtually no body roll..
Stock suspension, not lowered, running 275/30 19 rear and 245/35 19 front from Michelin PSS. Tires great condition, car has 56k on it.
I will probably take in for alignment to check that, so would also like input if anyone sets their alignment values different than stock to help with this issue, or just go stock values?
Control arm bushings? upper control arms? wheel bearings? If bushings/bearings need to be replaced, use stock or are there aftermarket poly type that give better performance?
