Rattling noise on start up (Video)

I've noticed a short rattle noise on start up, it seems to happen both when the engine is cold and warm. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Do you think I should consider changing the hydraulic lifters? My car is a 2012 C63 with only 36,500 km

Hearing that initial start up, that sounds like a cam adjuster issue.

lots of threads on this. Look at my history of threads. Had it since I bought it. had cam adjusters replaced, solenoids done, different oil. Still makes noise here and there. Was told it’s normal by multiple mb mechanics. Heard many outher M156 make this noise so it may not be normal but a design flaw that many have. The noise Hasn’t affected my car in the 3+ years I’ve owned it.

Camshaft adjusters. Mine does it infrequently.

I think I have the same random rattle at startup although it sounds more like the bottom of the car.

Is this just an annoyance thing or should be fixed right away?
