Rattle on startup

My car has a rattle on startup, much less on a cold start, but moreso on hot restart 30mins after cooling down. Im taking a guess here but Im thinking it may be the camshaft adjusters. Ill be taking it to the dealer to have a look anyway.
It drives absolutely fine apart from the annoying noise when I crank it.

If it is indeed the cam adjusters, how would you know which one to change, or would all 4 have to be replaced?
Would it be a good idea to replace the headbolts at the same time seeing as the cams are out?
Are there people who have driven with this noise with no problems?

The last oil change was done in January by the dealer using Mobil 1 5w30 229.5

I hear the same. Sounds like metal to metal and I haven't had time to get it looked at. Please post updates.

Thanks!

cam adjuster. I have that sound on my car for 3 plus years. No I’ll effects or performance issues at all. If you look through the forum no one has found a fix for the sound. Pretty sure it is a poor design and oil bleed down is the culprit. I had my adjusters replaced did nothing. My top end looks flawless. Honestly I would suggest to ignore it. Read through threads you will see a theme.
