Neck Pro headrest popped out. Need Help before going to the dealer
Hit a huge bump yesterday and both Neck Pro headrest got activated. I've managed to get the passenger side back in, but the driver side has given me some frustration. I've follow instructions on the youtube video below, but could not latch the drivers side. Any way to manual unlock latches? Trying to DYI before heading to the dealer.

power source where I used a 12v current to try to unlock, but didn't work. Put a meter on it and current still goes through, but thinking I might of fried something
After hours of frustration, I dropped off the headrest to my mechanic that does my fleet maintenance. Next day I went in, he handed me the headset back to normal, all he said was easy and walked away, LOL. His accent was thick, so was hard to understand him. Said something about a latch, but for the life of me, I didn't see it. Anyways, I'll try to find out how he really did it for anyone that has this issue in the future.
