Why is this so surprisingly cheap?

One word: Duraflex. Duraflex parts aren't exactly known for their quality and fitment, but they are known for their prices. A lot of people who purchase duraflex kits have problems with fitment. If you don't know a body guy you could spend as much as double if not triple the price of the duraflex bumper to make it fit right on your car. On top of that, it is fiberglass so it is a lot more brittle than the OEM BS bumper. That being said, it seems like one forum member on here has taken the plunge to get it fitted on their car and it's turning out pretty well. https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...onversion.html . Definitely seems like a more cost effective option rather than spending 30k on OEM BS parts.

If your trying to repair accident damage, I'd recommend going with an OEM replacement if the budget allows for it. If you wanted to do something different, you could copy @BLKROKT's awesome bumper modification to make the C63 look sinister. https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...ml#post6900685 .

EDIT: just realized you have a PFL judging by your avatar. Ignore this.

pretty sure this one is a black series styled bumper so it should fit our regular c63.
this guy's duraflex fit looks pretty spot on, on fitment.

In OP's post on that thread, it looks like his front fenders are modified to fit with the duraflex c63 front bumper. Possibly Dale Ross can chime in and help with this. It's hard telling from the pics, but his front fenders certainly look wider than the OEM C63 front fenders. Also, Dale did mention that it took a lot of cutting, adding body filler/fiberglass, and sanding to get it to fit that way. I'm not against Duraflex, but I wouldn't use it myself. That being said, it certainly is a cheaper option to achieving the BS looks without spending a small fortune on the OEM body parts.

An excerpt from the duraflex c63 thread:

EDIT: Found the answer on the website Dale Ross purchased his kit from: https://www.extremedimensions.com/20...-14-Piece.html
There are "Black Series Look Front Fenders" Part # 113920 (https://www.carid.com/duraflex/black...pn-113920.html)
