Like many others have experienced, the pano roof of my car has been popping/cracking when going over a hard bump, uneven road or pulling into a steep driveway. Before I drop the headliner to tighten the bolts, I cleaned and lubed all the seals with krytox grease but it didn't help much.

I notice when the pano roof is titled up even the smallest bit and not completely closed, or completely open and moved into any position, the popping/cracking doesn't happen at all. Is this common for those who have this noise problem? Just wondering if its still a matter of tightening the bolts even if the noise goes away when its open vs closed.

Slide the glass back and spray where it rides on, then lift up and spray from inside towards the back.

I suppose it could make sense that the glass slapping back and forth in the rails when going over the bumps. I'll give the oil a try before pulling the headliner

any specific oil that you guys recommend?

I used fluid film, this did not work for me. Still have creaking/cracking noise

I have read to only use MB Lube on the sunroof slides. So you have two problems. What lube to use and where to apply it. Do a goggle search for MB Pano Roof Lubricant.
ECS claims to have the lube for sale in 1/2 ounce jars for $9.95. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-.../0019894651~a/
As for the proper application, I will leave you to research that.
