GREAT Deal!

The Front & Rear combo (Part 2578.320) is a steal at $247: https://eibach.com/us/i-2460-anti-ro...sway-bars.html

I still have to install these Front and Rear bars.
Both come with 2 tubes of grease that will be necessary for the bushings.
The Rear comes with bushings already lined with fabric material. Out of the 2 Rear bushings, only 1 was fabric lined in my kit, so Eibach sent another 1.

Thanks for the info. Just ordered a set.

Texas E63 10-01-2018 08:41 PM

wow - just ordered a set - crazy cheap, a rare thing on the Merc !

AMGonFire 10-01-2018 11:35 PM

It is showing it fits only the c300 and c350? You guys are buying them for your c63 though?

RuckinAMG 10-02-2018 12:08 AM

Yes, I am. According to the previous thread with BLKROKT having his rear end apart. Only difference is +1mm front and rear.

Got some questions:

1) Do these really make a solid difference? (ie are they worth the money)
2) Can I install myself? What do we need to do to get these installed? Anything major to modify?

RuckinAMG 10-02-2018 01:05 AM

For $247 shipped. I say yes. Compare to $450 for the set plus shipping. I've paid $400 plus shipping for my Mazda CX-5 front and rears.
I have always upgraded the swaybars in all my cars and have noticed the difference. Vehicle seems to lean less and plant better.
I have my C on the lift many times and the front are very easy to install. The rears looks more challenging due to less room to snake the bar in and out. It looks like you might have to drop the subframe a little. Maybe someone that have installed the rear can comment.

Sigh, no one reads anymore...
Stock bars are 1mm less in diameter than Eibach bars.

Ditto ! stoked at that price......makes buying the rear UPD parts easier.....

Yep i tried this afternoon and they only had 2 fronts left. I passed as I'd rather have a rear if i could only choose one. Pretty much discontinued after these are gone from what they told me. :(

Crya 10-03-2018 08:54 AM

For anyone DIYing the install. Here are your torque specs:

I recall BLKROKT dropped the Rear Sub Frame for his install.

Anyone else install these, and find they did not need to drop that Rear Sub Frame?

good call. From what I understand, replacing only the front will just induce more understeer into the car.

Rut roh...is this a fact? Do we have confirmation of this?? I only got the front in my excitement...though I'm sure rears are available still through vendors.

Crya 10-05-2018 12:04 PM

Further PSA. Eibach has three rear bars in stock. Just order the rest a la cart. Oh and the discount code for shipping ends in 18. Not the 17.

Cheers!
