Possibly selling to friend, fair price for '08 C63?

Hey guys, I've just done a bit of preliminary research on the value of my car. I did the KBB Instant Cash Offer and got a value of $11,900! My friend wants my car but obviously wants a deal, and I'm not looking for top dollar but I want a fair deal as well considering I'll be missing out on any tax incentives. Just from some quick looking around, it seems $20,000 might be in the ballpark?

The car is honestly immaculate. Babied inside and out, very minimal bolster wear and no dings or scratches or road rash whatsoever.

Specs:
2008 C63 Iridium Silver
53,000 mi
P2 Pkg
19" AMG multispokes
Headers/tune
KW V3 coilovers
35% tint

Low 20s is ballpark, and this is relatively low mileage so like 24k I'd say.

So 20k is reasonable as a deal.

11.9k is stupid low but I'll take it for 12 and make your day lol

Steel Grey Metallic C63!!
I'll beat Adi's offer and give you 12.1k. :-)

20k is a very good deal for everything on your car. Tell your friend to take it or leave it.

Appreciate the replies. Just received an offer from AutoNation for $17,500 which of course I expect to be on the low side. Well I'll see if he's willing to go at least $20k! Might jump into a '15-'16 G63, not sure if it's the right move or not as it's a very different vehicle and I'll be sacrificing performance for just a brute. Decisions decisions...

~$25k I think is fair, especially since it has very low years for the age. Especially for the homie hook up.

If you're in need of an SUV I'd also consider the GL63 or the other G models.

Otherwise I wouldn't bother trading.

I bid 12.2 to stay on top

Not to mention worse gas mileage bc it's heavier
But we all know how that is already
