I don’t get it. Have the dealer flash it back to stock programming and the issue is fixed. No lawyer no time spent and you keep the car.

the car was wrecked and smoked in. That’s like finding out your new wife actually has butt implants and herpes. That stuff doesnt go away

I believe know the dealership and the car you are talking about. When I asked to view the car he told me the story you refer to. There are a few Sedans in this area I have been viewing, but decided to go the Coupe route. If there is one near the car you sent back, let me know..... I've probably visited the garage and can provide feedback.

Appreciate it! I'll be sticking to a local vehicle (SoCal). Would rather inspect the car/see it before purchasing. Learned my lesson.
