FYI RENNtech also makes a rear toe link kit. Expensive! Makes the other options even more attractive.

I've not. Was waiting for you to run em and report back! In other news you may be interested in, I'm in a current discussion with Syncro on IG trying to see how they may bring their front lower arms to market. The issue we're chatting about is what level of interest and price point will make these feasible for us and them, as they have other projects to get to as well. Additionally, as we know, the lower arms are an AMG part and retail about $540/pair stock, which means after Syncro gets done, they'll likely be getting close to four figures. I'm waiting to hear back and may start a new thread soliciting a show of hands and what people may be willing to pay. Otherwise, I also encourage those interested to contract Syncro via IG and let em know we want parts!

UPDATE……

Charles (561D design) had ordered a complete K-MAC front and rear system.
Plus the 4 subframe bushings and also the 2 rear Mono ball/2 axis diff bushings.
Idea was for him to report back to members re impressions – quality, extraction tools, ease of fitment.
Under circumstances (todays input) – will complete another set of the “special extraction tools” (which vastly simplifies removal/installation). So can ship another complete set next week also.

Please advise “who” re priority!!!

RE THE 2 FRONT LOWER ARMS AND THE 2 FORWARD FACING THRUST ARMS
VERY LATEST UPGRADE FOR W204 C63 – have increased the Camber range (lower arm inner bushes) to close on 5 times that of the OEM fluted bolts – Pos. or Neg.

Plus eliminated flex for instantaneous steering response. Includes bush extraction tool so can be fitted without arm removal and advantage of precise single wrench adjustable. Accurately under load direct on alignment rack.

With the Thrust arm Caster adjustable bushes – design breakthrough here is that now “massive Mono ball/2 axis design” (same as steel spherical bearings) but with 21/2 times the load bearing area eliminating the ongoing problem that has always plagued the industry - the steel bearings wafer thin Teflon liners “small surface area” prematurely pounding out.

So now all the advantages of these forward facing thrust arm bushes - besides providing “Caster adjustment also durability.Along with eliminating the OEM rubber, oil and air voided bushings for dramatic improvement to brake and steering response.

Have attached “Front Camber/Caster instruction sheet” along with pic of new Thrust arm/Caster adjustable Monoball bush.

Kevin

Well I’ll volunteer for that next set if that’s ok.

Car is up in the air and ready to go. I can install anytime.

I have not received the items to install. I just e-mailed him looking for tracking info. I did buy a new house and moved but that was before the items were shipped. Also, I still have contact with the folks at my old address and they haven't received anything.

Anyone get these subframe bushings yet? Where’s Kevin @K-Mac ? I’m about to drop mine this weekend so this would be the most convenient time to get new ones in....

@Crya any word from David @SDW on the front LCA bushings?

Hey apologies man. Been out in the wild. Long story short is that last I head, they were running into a P/N discrepancy on the upper arms between FL and PFL cars and after that the GB discussion kinda dropped off. My bad. The parts were going to be around $1,000. If anyone is really interested in adding the uppers, get ahold of David and Syncro. I believe he said they had the parts but priorities kept shifting. It's a case of squeaky wheel getting the grease. Also, with the cage and Sparcos, it's looking amazing and I'm sure performing even better. Envious. Enjoy.

OK heaps apologies re delay with these “uprated bushes” for the W204 rear sub frame.

Have been inundated with new Camber / Caster and bush kit projects

Attached is pic of the final production version.

Set on its way to Charles this week and two more sets also ready.

Will be long time before break even re tooling costs but because of the wait..... how about the 2 extra sets go out at $495 (including bush extraction tool and delivery) to whoever consider has been waiting the longest !? SRP Pricing $695 P/N 503028

Re query on removal with the OEM industry not concerning themselves with the After Market. Regretfully front (only) bushes (2) need to come out from the top but with the tool we provide has made this a straight forward procedure.

THIS REAR SUBFRAME KIT NOW COMPLETES THE W204 SUSPENSION UPGRADE:

When it comes to existing upgrades have not been sitting on ones hands for example:

FRONT LOWER ARM CAMBER AND CASTER ADJUSTABLE BUSHINGS -all the ongoing developments here.

These actual bush designs in production since 1993 (19 years) and reviewing any noise, problems it always comes back to either:

1. A bolt not fully tight (we then invented a fail safe lock system).

2. A bush being overloaded when initial adjustment made. Bushes for long term reliability are pressed in tight. Instructions stipulate not excess force when moving tires sideways in or out..

Anything and everything can be improved so (#2) we have resolved by making .them bulletproof. Now no matter what the load, centers cannot separate as now one integral unit.

Our actual experience of manufacturing “Performance Bushings” dates back longer than any other company (1964). Quality is ensured by “In - House” manufacture. Allowing both total control over components and also actual elastomers used (no supplier - costing short cuts). In - House manufacture also allowing the ability for rapid/ongoing improvements.

Culmination of long term R&D with our Caster adjustable bushings (for the forward facing thrust arms) has resulted in a design breakthrough also ......

Now the advantage of steel spherical / Mono ball design in these forward facing bushes - to eliminate the OEM soft rubber, oil and air voided bushes.

Which results in a dramatic improvement to brake and steering response.

BUT WITHOUT THE DOWNSIDE OF SPHERICAL BEARINGS ..... with their wafer thin teflon liners that has always plagued the industry, by soon pounding out with resultant looseness and subsequent noise.

This K-MAC design breakthrough allows for having a massive (two and a half times) both for the “load and shock absorption area” when compared to Spherical bearings.

ALSO COMBINES SEPARATE, PRECISE,SINGLE WRENCH CASTER ADJUSTMENT FOR THE 1st. TIME..... to compensate for both the new Camber facility and also correctly resolving steering pull, improving high speed control, better turn in, less dive/lift on brake and acceleration.

Note: To complete the W204 suspension update also manufactured are Rear Camber (and extra Toe) Bushings. Rear uprated Bushings for the 6 multi link arms (less twist, flex, loss of traction)
Also the just released rear uprated subframe bushings ( includes bush extraction tools, so no sourcing of special tools required)..

In addition for track days (in the pursuit of front row of the grid lap times)Ultimate front replacement top strut mounts Camber and Caster adjustable - up to 3.5 degrees Neg. Camber, this combined with the lower arm front bushings (1.25 degree's - four times that of the inaccurate one offset position fluted bolts) equates to a total extra 4.75 degrees. Plus the substantial increase in front track width with these kits (providing extra 60mm)!

Stage 2 - (Street/Race)

Stage 3 - (Full Race)

See Website for details. Kevin

I was under the car today doing an alignment and it looks to me that the 2 for the subframe to the chassis could be reached from underneath but the other 2 on the diff to subframe would be a biatch.... looks like the diff would have to be dropped or the spare tire well moved ...

Any info on diff bushings? Mine moves quite a bit and need poly or something to keep it in place.

I’ve got the subframe and diff KMACs sitting in a box here. Arrived too late to make the cut last round. Fall project - I’ll pull the rear subframe down when I do the diff cooling components.

Anyone know if these rear bushings can be purchased individually? Don't need the full kit.

It would seem that I am late to the party here, but all I see here is about $50 worth of materials and maybe an hour of time(total) on a CNC lathe with live tooling and a Y axis.

Euro Tax FT Lose.

Tired of this ****.

I would like to see some fully adjustable Heim joint control arms made from seamless extruded .125” wall stainless tubing.
