507 mufflers?

I did my own research and looked up part numbers but I'm hoping that somebody here can confirm for me to be sure

If anyone works at a dealer it would be helpful

Is there a difference between regular C63 mufflers and 507 edition mufflers from 2012-2015 year model cars?

I have a 507 and had a non 507 before that, no difference I know of, sound looks everything is the same as far as I can see and have had the mufflers off both cars.

Thank you
I've compared part numbers they are the same but doesn't hurt to double check

So for those interested
The mufflers may be the same but the exhaust systems don't match up

After an hour and a half, I gave up
There is about a 1"+ gap on the passenger side

Story is, the idiot that had the car before me on the 507 cut out and straight piped everything (resonators and mufflers)

My p31 was totalled. Insurance said I could take what I wanted off as long as I replaced it with a similar part. So I was going to swap exhausts

Didn't work

I don't know if there is any difference but maybe one is a sedan and the other from a coupe.

That would be my thought also, there is nothing special about the 507 exhaust and all the part numbers are the same 507 to non 507, but from coupe to sedan to wagon the parts are different.

Here are the diagrams and both the front and rear sections are different numbers.

Update:
Both cases were a Coupe (2012 & 2015)

Everything matched up once I got the car on the lift.
Ironically, doesn't sound the same. Sounds too quiet

Maybe after my tune ill be better
