Hi all, I have recently been having a recurring check engine light for my front bank1 pre cat oxygen sensor. There is also a whistle as my car is on (perhaps an intake leak?)

I scan the car with Torque and get the following codes: (currently my check engine light is not on)
P2243 O2 sensor reference voltage circuit/open Bank 1 sensor 1 current fault
P0130 O2 sensor circuit (bank 1 sensor 1) pending fault
P0135 O2 sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 1) historic fault
P0574 Cruise control system - vehicle speed too high
P0583
P2913 System too lean at higher loan bank2
The last 3 are not faults that are 'lit up'.

Scanned with a Gscan 2, they come up as
2193 Oxygen sensor 1 (cylinder 1 ) has an electrical fault
0583 The reference voltage connection of oxygen sensor 1 (cylinder bank 1) has an electrical fault or open circuit
0574 Oxygen sensor 1 (cylinder bank 1 ) has an electrical fault
0433 The heater for oxygen sensor1 (cylinder bank 1 ) has an electrical fault

Now im not sure if the codes on the gscan2 match up with Torque as the codes are the same but explanations are different.

Is this caused by a faulty front oxygen sensor, or could something else be playing up? My car drives fine apart from the whistle noise. It has no misfires and still pulls very hard. Could an intake leak cause these codes?

I tried to monitor the voltages of bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1, but both were not "active"
I could only monitor the voltages of bank 1 sensor2 and bank 2 sensor 2 (post cat, which were normal)
The O2 sensor1 equivalence ratio is blanked out, but I can monitor the O2 sensor1 equivalence ratio (alternate) Its value was about 1.00 . how do I know if this is reading bank 1 or bank 2 ?
