Stereo question.

Hi, newly bought an 2011 AMG.
And i´m about to upgrade the stereosystem with a subwoofer in sparewheel well.
However, quick question; is there by any chance that one could disable the speedsensing volume?

I´ve got the logic 7 surround if it is to any help.

Rgds

As long as the installer understands how to properly integrate with the signal output from the factory system, it will not "disable" the speed sensing volume built into the media system. That being said, you may or may not like the performance of the sub output with that feature still operating. Depending on the skill and experience of the installer, it could be difficult to tune appropriately so it fits into the system well in all scenarios without causing mechanical/electrical clipping. I could go into greater detail if you'd like.

Patrick - that may not be as easy as it seems (or at least it may not produce the results you're after). Read this thread first: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...need-help.html.

Cheers,
Doug
