What Service Items Should I Do?
I've got a 2013 C63 that I haven't driven for 3 years. It has been garaged for that time. I'd like to
get it running again but am unsure what steps I should take. My first idea wa to tow it to the dealer
to change all the fluids and generally go over the car. Any suggestions as to what I should be on the
lookout for would be very helpful.

Depends on if you know history? Gas is old. There's a service book that dictates A and B service on a time and mileage basis.

I'd probably also check the tires (don't know if you're in a hot/warm place - or if the actual tires are old).

Wow 3 years of sitting. I’d say get a few jugs of fresh gas to pour into whatever old stuff is in there. Warm it up and change oil right away. Then with fresh oil see how she runs. Trans flush and diff fluid prob secondary to gas and oil etc.

Basically all fluids to include new gas, and new tires as the present tires maybe dry rotted from sitting. Check under the hood, to make sure no critters have found a home in the engine bay. Or chewed away any wiring insulation.
